WHO I AM: Hi, I’m Nadia, I’m 20 years old and I live in Italy. I’m challenging myself here since english is not my first language, therefore I guess I’ll make a thousand mistakes that I won’t notice!
WHAT I AM DOING: I’m attending my first year of university, studying (I’m going to translate the name of the faculty literally – hey do you say faculty or this is my first mistake?) “humanistic science for communications” which is basically a lot of things! It is journalism, cinema, literature, philosophy, history, advertising, … of course the first year is a mix of the possibilities that the course offers you, then in the second year you’ll have to choose a curriculum for your degree.
WHAT I WANT TO DO: I’m planning to major in publishing and book industry, and write books myself other then publish other’s. And I’d like to go live abroad for a year, I’d love to stay in england for a while! I want to travel, I want to see the world! There are so many things I’d like to do that I’d better stop myself before writing a dozen of pages about it!
WHAT I LOVE: I love reading – I am soooooooo a bookworm! I read generally a book per day (or I should say per night – no wonder I’m such a sleepyhead!) -and writing, but you might have already sensed this! I love my friends, my family and my little rabbit Sara. I love helping others, listening to them and bring them a smile. I love watching the moon when it’s clouded and it sparkles a soft silvery light, it’s just pure inspiration. I love looking out of my window: infinite green fields and endless blue sky. with white-snowed mountains printed on the horizon. I love watching the leaves falling slowly from the trees in autumn, it’s natural poetry. But enough with these descriptions of what inspires me.
